The Inkborn Fables Tactician's Crown tournament is coming!
Riot Games is in the midst of preparations for the Teamfight Tactics Inkborn Fables Set 11 Global Championship, a testament to the game's incredible popularity among both casual and competitive players. Following the hype surrounding the Remix Rumble Championship, Inkborn Fables Tactician's Crown is set to attract even more attention—and hopefully, more international tournaments will follow soon.
Every set in TFT is unique, and Inkborn Fables is no exception. Set 11, Inkborn Fables, transports players and their Little Legends to a whimsical, painted world where magical ink permeates the very fabric of the Convergence.
A host of champions from myth and legend are introduced, including some new faces like the Moon Priestess Alune and the TFT-exclusive yordle Kobuko. With unique traits and abilities, from Dragon Lords to the wondrous tattoo magic of Inkborn Shadows, Inkborn Fables offers an incredible variety of strategic combinations. Allowing players to battle their way to victory with creativity and cunning (and the occasional Kobuko with Hedge Fund++, Heavy Hitters, and Big Gains).
Teamfight Tactics Tactician's Crown Championship: Date
The newly named Tactician's Crown tournament features the newest set, Inkborn Fables. From July 12, 2024, to July 14, 2024, 32 top players will compete for the first prize of a whopping $150,000. Of course, the valuable Inkborn Fables Crown is also up for grabs. Get ready for a top-class spectacle full of incredible strategies over three exciting days.
Tactician's Crown: Prize Pool
With a total prize pool of $456,000, every gamer will have their moment of glory in the Tactician's Crown tournament. Even if fortune doesn't favor your rolls, there's still a reward for your efforts to become the best TFT tactician.
Tactician's Crown Championship: Format
This tournament is all about points: all players can collect points based on their results in each game – first place gets 8 points, last place gets 1 point.
- July, Day 1: All 32 players will be split into 4 lobbies and play 6 matches, with the lobbies being reset after every 2 matches. There are no eliminations on Day 1—let the ink flow and the strategies take effect.
- July, Day 2: All players carry over their points from Day 1. They are again divided into four lobbies for six matches. The top eight players advance to Day 3 and have a chance to win the crown.
- July, Day 3: The final day! The first player to reach 20 points and take first place will be crowned champion.
Tactician's Crown: Seeds
Each pan-region sends eight participants to Tactician's Crown. Milala from North and South America, the reigning Remix Rumble Set Championship champion, automatically secures a spot by qualifying for the pan-regional finals.
