DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery only within Germany
We ship exclusively to delivery addresses within Germany, mainland. Deliveries to PO Boxes and Packstations are not possible.

One of the perks of ordering from HyperX is free shipping on all orders.
Fast deliveries
If your ordered product is in stock, we will ship your order on the working day after receiving the order confirmation. (You will receive this by email after we have carried out the necessary security checks). We deliver from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). As a rule, you will receive your ordered and in-stock items within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
Delivery information
After ordering on HyperX, you will be notified of any status changes your order is going through. For this we will send you notifications to which you have specified when placing the order.
General delivery information
Deliveries to business addresses
If your order is to be delivered to a business address, our shipping partner will hand over the delivery to the incoming goods department, post office or similar. When the delivery is handed over, the courier requires the signature of a person authorized to accept deliveries.
Order processing
We ask for your understanding that we do not make partial deliveries. If one of the products from your order is not in stock, it will not be shipped until all products are available. In some cases we ship products from different warehouses. It can therefore happen that you receive your order in several individual deliveries. If you urgently need a product that is in stock, we ask that you cancel it from the original order and place a separate order for it.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Estimated delivery dates on our website indicate when the item is expected to be delivered. Delivery is Monday-Friday (holidays excluded). For items with the indication 'estimated delivery date: next working day', the goods are expected to be delivered on the working day after receipt of the order confirmation. For items that are not in stock, we will confirm the estimated delivery date to you either: (i) in your order confirmation, or (ii) if an estimated delivery date is not available at that time, we will email you the estimated delivery date , as soon as the product is available and ready to ship.
