Fast deliveries If your ordered product is in stock, we will ship your order on the business day following receipt of the order acceptance confirmation. (You will receive this via email after we have completed the necessary security checks.) We ship Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). You will typically receive your ordered and in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your payment.
Delivery information After placing your order on HyperX, you will be notified of any status changes to your order. We will send notifications to the address you specified when placing your order.
General delivery information
Deliveries to business addresses If your order is being delivered to a business address, our shipping partner will drop off the shipment at the goods receiving area, post office, or similar location. Upon handing over the shipment, the courier will require the signature of a person authorized to accept deliveries.
Order processing Please understand that we do not accept partial deliveries. If any of the products in your order are out of stock, the order will not be shipped until all are available. In some cases, we ship products from different warehouses. Therefore, you may receive your order in multiple separate deliveries. If you urgently need an in-stock product, please cancel it from your original order and place a separate order for it.
Estimated delivery dates Estimated delivery dates on our website indicate when the item is expected to be delivered. Delivery takes place Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). For items marked 'estimated delivery date: next working day,' the goods are expected to be delivered on the working day following receipt of the order acceptance confirmation. For items that are not in stock, we will confirm the estimated delivery date either: (i) in your order confirmation; or (ii) if an estimated delivery date is not available at that time, we will send you an email with the estimated delivery date once the product is available and ready to ship.
