HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN
Please follow the steps below if you need to return a product or request a replacement. The fastest way to reach our team is to email us at shopeurope@hyperx.com .
Please note the following instructions to ensure a smooth return:
Do not return any products to us without first receiving detailed instructions from HyperX Customer Service.
If you are returning a combo package, please ensure that you return all accessory products.
The goods should be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories included. If this is not possible, please use appropriate packaging to ensure your products are not damaged during return transport.
You must take reasonable care of all products while in your possession. We may reduce the amount of compensation due to you by any loss in value of the product(s) or require you to pay us the appropriate amount if the loss is due to damage caused by you.
For returns in the parcel shop: Once your return request has been confirmed, you will receive detailed instructions and a return label, which you must stick on the box.
Return of promotional items or items that are part of a package
The return of products purchased as part of a special offer or promotion or as part of a bundle may be restricted by certain conditions described in these Terms or otherwise communicated to you.
No refund is available for individual products purchased as part of a bundle, but HYPERX will either: (i) replace such individual product or (ii) take back the entire product bundle or order and refund any amounts paid by you.
HYPERX reserves the right to refund promotional discounts for other products you have purchased if those discounts were contingent upon the purchase of the product(s) returned to HYPERX.
