Can I change products from my current order or add more products?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Therefore, unfortunately, it is not possible to change or add to the order.
If an order change is necessary, please cancel the current order and place a new one – see detailed cancellation instructions below. Please wait for our confirmation that the order cancellation was successful, as we have a limited amount of time to cancel the order before it is dispatched. While we will do our best to process the cancellation, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible in time.
Can I edit my current order (order details, shipping/billing information, email, etc.)?

How to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped
We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround, which means there's only a small window of opportunity to make changes to your order before it ships. While we'll try our best, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to make changes to your order in time.
You can cancel items or orders that have not yet left our warehouse by sending an email to HyperX Customer Support at shopeurope@hyperx.com .
If we cannot fulfill your order
Despite our best efforts, in rare cases, we may be unable to fulfill your order (whether or not payment has been made) because we become aware of something after we have sent you the order confirmation. In this case, we will either contact you as soon as possible, but no later than the scheduled delivery date, to request instructions or reject your order and notify you of the cancellation. We may be unable to fulfill your order because:
We have discovered an error regarding the price or description of the product.

Unexpected limitations on our resources that we could not have foreseen.
You are a business customer and do not meet our minimum credit requirements, your transaction is declined by your bank, you do not pay in accordance with the terms of your chosen payment method, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the order was placed fraudulently; or.
The product is out of stock due to material procurement problems that we were unable to notify you of in advance.
