CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
We understand that there may be times when you change your mind and need to return a product. That's why we offer you a free and easy returns service. Here you will find the most important deadlines that you should observe:

Statutory right of cancellation: You can cancel your purchase at any time without giving reasons:

Products: You have a right of return within 14 days of the complete delivery of your order if you have examined your HyperX product to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning (as you would in a store) and you have not 100 % are satisfied and want a refund or exchange. Exceptions to this are goods that have been specially made or personalized to the consumer's specifications and software (such as Microsoft Office) that has been unsealed after delivery,

Service Orders: 14 days from date of purchase.

Please also note that the above time limits do not affect your right to return damaged or faulty items.

HOW DO I EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
You have the following options to exercise your right of withdrawal:

a) Return to the parcel shop with a return label / request by email
If you would like to hand in your products to the parcel shop yourself, please contact ourshopeurope@hyperx.eu. Please include your order number and the affected products. You will receive a return reference number from us as well as an email with a return label for the affected products and a link to parcel shops where you can hand in the products. Please print out the label and stick it on the box, then drop off the package at your nearest drop-off point.

You must return the goods immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed HyperX of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Please ensure you have a valid shipping document, without which we cannot issue a refund.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to withdraw from your contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if applicable), unless one of the exceptions described below applies. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used when placing your order, unless something else was expressly agreed with you.

Products must be returned in their original box and packaging, if still possible, along with any accessories and free gifts received with the product(s). Software can only be returned if the packaging is sealed and unopened. You must take reasonable care of all Products while in your possession.

Exceptions to Refunds
We may reduce or require you to pay us the equivalent amount of any refund due to you for any loss in value of the product(s) where the loss is due to damage caused by you.

If the products are a special order made to your specifications (ie a personalized order) your right of withdrawal does not apply.
