CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND?
We understand that there may be times when you change your mind and need to return a product. That's why we offer a free and easy returns service. Here are the key deadlines to keep in mind:

Return policy extended until the end of January 2025 for all orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2024.

Legal Right of Withdrawal: You may withdraw your purchase at any time without giving any reason within 14 days of complete delivery of your order if you have inspected your HyperX product to determine its quality, characteristics, and functionality (as you would in a store) and you are not 100% satisfied and wish to receive a refund or exchange. This does not apply to goods that have been specially manufactured or personalized according to the consumer's specifications.

Please also note that the above time limits do not affect your right to return damaged or faulty items.

HOW DO I EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have the following options:

a) Return to the parcel shop with return label / request by email
If you would like to drop off your products at a parcel shop yourself, please contact us at shopeurope@hyperx.com . Please provide your order number and the affected products. We will send you a return reference number and a return label for the affected products via email, along with a link to the parcel shops where you can drop off the products. Please print out the label and attach it to the box, then drop off the parcel at your nearest drop-off point.

You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed HyperX of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Please ensure that you have a valid shipping document, as without such a document, we cannot issue a refund of the purchase price.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you wish to withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (if applicable), unless one of the exceptions described below applies. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used to place your order, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Products must be returned in their original box and packaging, if still possible, along with any accessories and free gifts received with the product(s). Software can only be returned if the packaging is sealed and unopened. You must treat all products with reasonable care while in your possession.

Exceptions to reimbursement
We may reduce the refund due to you by any loss in value of the product(s) or require you to pay us the appropriate amount if the loss is due to damage caused by you.

If the products are a special order made according to your wishes (i.e. a personalized order), your right of withdrawal does not apply.
