HP Deutschland GmbH is fundamentally unwilling and not obliged to take part in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Online dispute resolution (ODR regulation) The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS platform) at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The web-based platform serves as a central contact point for consumers who have bought goods or services on the Internet and subsequently have problems with this purchase. It simplifies an out-of-court settlement of disputes that have arisen from contractual obligations in online sales contracts.
