Confirm your existing HP Recycling account or create a new one.
Once you are logged into your HP account on the recycling page, you can create a new return order.
Please read the terms and conditions applicable in your region and answer the questionnaire about the products you wish to return.
Choose whether you want to ship the old device yourself or whether HP should arrange for collection.
Confirm the pickup address.
Confirm the return order and download the PDF with the order details.
