Request a refund or replacement

Please follow our simple steps below if you need to return a product or request a replacement. The quickest way to reach our team is by emailing shopeurope@hyperx.com during our business hours (Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM GMT).

To ensure we can process your return as quickly as possible, please note the following:

Please do not send us any items without receiving specific instructions from one of our staff members.

When contacting us by email or mail, please include your HyperX Store order number and let us know if you would like a refund or replacement. If you wish to return a bundle, please ensure that all components included in the bundle are returned.

Please note that returns should be made in the original packaging and with all accessories included, if possible. If this is not possible, please use appropriate packaging to protect your order and avoid damage during return.

You must take care of all products while they are in your possession. We may reduce the refund to take into account any loss in value of the products, or require you to pay us the appropriate amount if the loss is due to damage caused by you.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive detailed instructions and a return label to attach to the box.

Delivery of your order refused?

If you refused to accept your order, please contact us, as we do not automatically process your return. I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Should any unexpected issues arise with your HyperX product, we will resolve them as quickly as possible. Please notify us within 30 days of delivery.

    1. 1. First, contact our technical support team to resolve your issue. It may be possible to resolve it without requiring you to return the product. You can reach us via chat Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT and Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM GMT.
    1. 2. If our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue, you will be issued an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Please have it available when contacting us at shopeurope@hyperx.com.

If you need to return your products for an exchange or refund, please email shopeurope@hyperx.com during business hours (Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM GMT).

You will receive a return number from us, along with a return label for the affected products and a link to parcel shops where you can drop off the products. Please print the label, attach it to the box, and then drop off the package at your nearest parcel station. Your request will be processed as soon as we receive your return.

Additional comments:

Subject to the terms and conditions of the HyperX Limited Warranty (which accompanies the product and the statutory consumer guarantee), you may still contact our technical support team for assistance even after 30 days of delivery.

I received a damaged box/product or an incomplete order/product

Should any unexpected problems arise with your order, we will endeavor to resolve them as quickly as possible. Therefore, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, if possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the damaged box/product or incomplete order, along with a brief description of the issue (e.g., whether the box or the product inside the box is damaged, or which item is missing).

I RECEIVED A PRODUCT I DID NOT ORDER

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that you did not order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
