Limited Warranty for Backpacks

Coverage: This limited warranty applies to your HyperX case(s) and is provided by HyperX, a division of HP Inc. ("HyperX"). This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Period: The limited warranty for the bags is valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

Coverage: HyperX warrants that the cases will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a manufacturing defect occurs and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, HyperX will take appropriate action at its sole discretion.

What's Not Covered: This limited warranty expressly excludes any coverage for accessories or items included with the bags, such as patches, pins, carrying straps, or similar accessories. These accessories are not covered by this warranty.

Please keep your receipt to prove the date of purchase for warranty service.
