How can I change or cancel my order before it's shipped

Can I change products from my current order or add more products?

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be changed. It is therefore unfortunately not possible to change or add to the order.

Please wait for our confirmation that the order cancellation was successful as we have a limited amount of time to cancel the order before it is dispatched. Although we will do our best to process the cancellation, we cannot guarantee that this will still be possible in time.

Can I edit my current order (order details, shipping/billing information, email, etc.)?

How to cancel an order that has not yet shipped

We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times and this means there is only a small window of opportunity to amend your order before it is dispatched. Although we will try our best, we cannot guarantee that we can change your order in a timely manner.

If we are unable to fulfill your order
Despite our best efforts, on rare occasions we are unable to fulfill your order (regardless of whether payment has been made or not) because something occurs to us after we have sent you the order confirmation to have. In this case we will either contact you and ask for instructions as soon as possible, but no later than the scheduled delivery date, or reject your order and inform you of the cancellation.
